Welcome to Fourth Presbyterian Church, a welcoming community of faith, fellowship, worship and mission.

WORSHIP SERVICES are held each Sunday morning at 8:45 and 11:15.  The Lord's Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and on special occasions.

CHURCH SCHOOL is scheduled each Sunday morning at 10:00.  We have classes for all ages, and everyone is welcome.  A nursery is provided. Click here to see our current Adult Education classes.

OFFICE HOURS are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Inquirer's Class

Wednesday evenings, Jan 25, Feb 1, Feb 8, 6:30-7:15 (after WNF supper)

This three session class meets in the Session Room after supper on Wednesday nights.  It is designed to introduce this congregation and the Presbyterian Church and its history, form of government, and Reformed theology to those who are seeking to know more about this expression of the Church of Jesus Christ. Those persons feeling the call to unite with Fourth Church are highly encouraged to attend these sessions.  However, attendance is by no means a commitment to join.  Just come and inquire!

Mission Trip to Birmingham, AL

LAST CHANCE TO SIGN UP

Is one of your New Year Resolutions to be of service and help others? Here's your chance!

Birmingham and Tuscaloosa Alabama were ravaged by massive tornadoes on April 27, 2011. PDA (Presbyterian Disaster Assistance) is in need of volunteers who are willing to work hard and spread a little of God’s love to the victims of this natural disaster in the magic city of Birmingham. Fourth Church will lead a mission team to Birmingham the week of February 26- March 3.  Please join us! All skills of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, you-name-it needed. Or if you’re really handy at coordinating/organizing/leading projects and people, this may be your opportunity to serve!

Little Folks Rummage Sale

LFF is having our annual Rummage Sale and we are looking for your tax-deductible donations!  We also treasure those church members who volunteer to help manage the sale and would love to have you there!

"Pre-Destination Outdoor Group" (Pre-DOG) Hike, January 28

Join us for our next outdoor adventure. We will be hiking the Rainbow Falls Trail in Jones Gap State Park on Saturday, January 28. This is a moderately strenuous hike about 5 miles long with an altitude change of 500 feet.  We will meet at University Square near Furman University in front of Publix at 8:30 AM. Hope to see you there.
