Mission

The Mission and Witness Committee of Fourth Presbyterian Church welcomes your input and participation.  Meetings are held monthly, usually on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the Session Room.  The committee currently consists of Beth Meyer (chair), Don Jackson, Craig & Mindy Young, Hugh McVeety, Vonnie Vance, John Mobley, and Kathy Woodson.

Day of Healing/Day of Hope

The annual Day of  Healing/Day of Hope in the Sterling community is an important opportunity for our church. This is a wonderful occasion to show that our Mission and Witness means more than giving money. It is a time for fellowship and to share in the joy of our common bonds rather than our differences.  This annual event is scheduled during the spring of each year.  For more information, contact Robin Cline in the church office.

Response to Haiti-- The session of Fourth Presbyterian Church is preparing our congregation's response to the disaster in Haiti.  We encourage any individuals who would like to make a personal donation to do so through Presbyterian Disaster Assistance.  You can find out more ways to donate and be involved in the relief effort by visiting their website: www.pcusa.org/pda.  Gifts can also be made by phone at (800) 872-3283, and checks can be mailed to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, P.O.
